Move it! 3D Animation

 

Now how did they do that?! Ever wonder what it takes to make 3D models and movies like Avatar? In this course, you will develop the skills to make your own 3D models, animations, and movies. Using creative and integrated thinking, you’ll create a storyboard, then apply design, engineering and geometry principles to bring your creations to life. By the end of the course, your combined modeling and animation skills will let you create your own 3D production for the whole world to see on your web site.

Who will like this Course?

3D Animation is perfect for kids and teens who love 3D models and movies and wonder what it takes to create them.

Who can attend?

10 through 17 years (5th Grade - 11th Grade).

Recommended Prerequisites

Basic understanding of PC or Mac operating system and familiarity with Internet.

Length of training

Morning session: Monday to Thursday (9 am - 12 noon) for two weeks
Afternoon session: Monday to Thursday (1 pm - 4 pm) for two weeks

Tuition

Early-Bird Registration - $285 (on or before March 31, 2010)
Early Registration - $295 (April 1-May 24, 2010)
Regular Registration - $315 (After May 24, 2010)
