Programming with Visual Basic

 

You're the software creator now! Learn one of the most widely used programming languages (Visual Basic.NET) to create personalized projects. You start with the basics and then launch your creativity with new programming skills to construct your own software! The topics include Visual Basic.NET Integrated Development Environment; building an application in the Visual Basic.NET environment; working with forms and procedures; structures and types of looping; coding techniques; using controls, functions and procedures; debugging; creating executable file; and distributing a Windows Application.

Anyone interested in problem solving, creative and logical thinking, sequencing, puzzles and collaboration with others on programming projects.

Who can attend?

10 through 17 years (5th Grade - 11th Grade).

Recommended Prerequisites

Basic understanding of PC or Mac operating system.

Length of training

Morning session: Monday to Thursday (9 am - 12 noon) for two weeks
Afternoon session: Monday to Thursday (1 pm - 4 pm) for two weeks

Tuition
