Adventures in Writing
“Writing is an adventure,” so said Winston Churchill. Come join us for an action-packed, week-long adventure with professional narrative writing techniques. This course is for students who want to turn their great ideas into wonderful short stories. During the camp students will learn strategies for developing captivating beginnings. Using relevant and vivid detail, students will build suspense until a fully elaborated event is crafted with a satisfying, ending. Students will leave with personal portfolios that chronicle and showcase their work.

Students attending Grade 4-6
Length of training
All-Day session: Monday to Friday (9 am - 4 pm) for one week

Tuition
FULL DAY FEE:
Early-Bird Registration - $245 (on or before March 31, 2010)
Early Registration - $249 (April 1-May 24, 2010)
Regular Registration - $259 (After May 24, 2010)
