Not only will you install and configure your operating system, but you will also learn to configure it to work in a network environment. And that’s not all! As a special bonus, this course helps prepare you for A+ Certification, one of the most respected IT certifications. (Having an A+ Certification proves that you have a broad base of knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.) Best of all, at the end of the course, you get to take home your very own Personal Computer that you built with your own hands. Wow your friends as you surf, game and do school work on a machine that you know thoroughly from the inside out!

Who can attend?
10 through 17 years (5th Grade - 11th Grade).
Recommended Prerequisites
Basic understanding of PC or Mac operating system and familiarity with Internet.
Length of training
Morning session: Monday to Thursday (9 am - 12 noon) for two weeks
Afternoon session: Monday to Thursday (1 pm - 4 pm) for two weeks
